Iloilo City is rapidly becoming a hub for business growth and development, and Zilla Media’s recent investment in the Iloilo Business Park is a testament to the city’s rising economic potential. Zilla Media is a creative agency based in Canada, founded by the Filipino-Canadian couple Michael and Vivienne Siervo. The company specializes in providing comprehensive marketing solutions, including branding strategy, graphic design, photography, and video production services.

Zilla Media’s team is predominantly composed of talented Ilonggos, earning them the reputation of being a “badass” group of experts in the field of creative marketing. As the company continues to grow, they are actively seeking to expand their talented team.

Michael and Viv’s initial investment strategy was to secure an office space at International Corporate Plaza (ICP). They did so, and happily inspected the tower and their bare unit on April 6th. They even made a fun video that day.

Seeing boundless potential in Iloilo Business Park, the Zilla Media couple doubled down by further acquiring two premium residential units at Firenze Residences – a two-bedroom unit with a deck and a one-bedroom loft unit. This diversification demonstrates their commitment to capitalizing on the project’s potential and exploring various investment opportunities within the development.
