I’m a retired OFW and an Engineer. I left my work in the Middle East during the 2020 pandemic times and pondering what to do next when I arrive in Iloilo City. I was very lucky to have met Mr. Ernest and Jill Jagorin who have guided me and my wife Shirley to invest in condominium unit at Megaworld. We chose Megaworld because of their strong growth potential due to their Township development. My goal is to generate steady rental income and appreciation in property value. Encouraged by our success in investing at the Palladium Tower since 2020, we have expanded our portfolio by investing in another condominium residential unit at Saint Honore. I am excited about the future prospects and the potential for further growth.
